First bit of advice I have is retarded as it sounds. Decompress your spine daily. In the mornings if I stretch Before I got out. I’m 6 foot. It lasts pretty all day untill I get home. If I don’t. The 6 foot morning boost lasts only 3 hours. Serious. Underrated if your close to 6 foot but not quite there. After that wear lifts.

Get a foam back roller. Do it ok your spin. Watch videos on how to. Or hang from a bar as long as you can up to 10 mins. Profit
