i went through cannabis induced psychosis and quit the same day but the effects lasted for about four days (short-term memory loss, slurring your words, and difficulty focusing on things) oh and as soon as it kicked in my back started hurting like hell for some reason so i had to rest on my bed for a couple hours

Haven’t recovered after a 2 year old period of smoking.

I quit a year ago fully (almost exactly a year ago now) with only 5-10 highs within that time

I haven’t gotten better but I have hope for the future
