You could try working with kids, there are organizations that look for volunteers to spend time with kids in orphanages and stuff - play with them, teach them things, if you could get a job where you are paid to work with kids it would be even better...
If you have money you could also try to get kids come to you by opening a free playing ground, amusement park, gaming center, etc. - children would come there, meet you, you play together, etc.
