There is zero difference soft gels have the powder inside; tablets are the powder placed in a pill presser, even eating the raw powder will work

Dutasteride is lipophilic. It’s dissolved in fatty liquid inside the soft gel, and won’t be absorbed as raw powder

GSK (avodart makers) did a study showing a tablet had around 70% bioavailability of a soft gel, but can u trust random pharmacies to make a bioequivalent tablet?

Only concern is potential liver toxicity. You won’t get any additional (non existent) sides from 5AR inhibition.

10mg is probably the ideal dosage. Would make 0 tangible difference for a natty on 2.5 Dut however.
