Unironically the type of face that would benefit from orthodontic extraction - retraction.
+ chin fillers/ genioplasty

Gotta maintain the eyebrows as well

Why would i get retraction. Wouldn’t it make my nose more crooked

This is about surgeries
mhm, but all i can see that could be improved is infras (if there is any base for that, the stepoff might look weird), chin & nose stuff, but most of the issue is phenotype related which isnt fixable

maybe some of it is due to phenotype. but it wasnt always like this. i think its partly due to reccessed jaws.

you changed his lip position

genio won't even get it close to that morph

if he wants to fix it then bsso only depending on his OP (if he needs rotation)

That morph retruded my maxilla. I think I might need double jaw since I have a class 1 dental occlusion

u got a good eye area just worked on middle/lower third

Is that your original eye color ? Or are these colored contacts ? If the former, you have one of the nicest eye regions I've seen. When I was younger, I had eyes similar to yours, yet inferior (no strong limbal ring, duller sclera, more UEE, and worse shape), and they would get me plenty of compliments. These eyes are gonna carry you hard.

How old are you btw ? 15-16 yo ? It matters, because you seem to have a significant amount of baby fat in the cheeks, and it contributes to a softer look. As your face naturally pubertymaxxes and continues to mature into your early 20s, this baby fat is probably going to shed, and that will improve your looks.

Here are my suggestions based on the front profile pic :

-> softmaxxes
- get a better haircut ; it will make a dramatic difference
- shave the sparse moustache and vellus beard (if not a clean shave, at least a buzz with no guard)
- pluck the hair inbetween the eyebrows, in such a way that the medial eyebrow aligns with the nose bridge
- apply concealer to the undereyes to get rid of the red/purple undertone (assuming it persists when you're rested)
- use a brow pencil to fill in your eyebrows (especially the lateral parts) ; as a more radical treatment, you could use minoxidil and a dermastamp (results will take a while to appear, anywhere between 3 and 8 months ; consistency will pay off)
- exercise your neck to make it wider and thicker

-> hardmaxxes
- lip lift to augment the upper lip and reduce philtrum height
- maybe an otoplasty ; your ears look a bit funny on this picture ; not sure if they flare or if it's just an unusual shape ; if they flare, have them pinned
- your chin lacks height from the front, and projection from the side ; a genioplasty will correct that
- rhinoplasty to reduce nose width. Your current mouth to nose width ratio is approx 1.3 (outside the ideal range) ; in the morph below, the altered ratio is 1.43 (within the ideal range). I reproduced the original shape, just a bit smaller ; theoretically, you could opt for a different shape and design, maybe less ethnic if you wish

I didn't make your face leaner and more angular around the jawline & cheekbones ; as said earlier, you're probably storing some baby fat that will shed naturally in the coming years. If it doesn't, you'll have to reassess the situation.

Lip lift. You're lucky bc your upper lip is already narrow so lip lift is perfect fit

Bones mashing, thumbpulling, towel method, HGH peptides test, steroids, tren, gear, roids, surgery peptides and filler
