I want to begin pinning over the summer at 16

No clue what would be best for me. I have a general idea based off what I've read. I have very clear skin, however I am 5'10.5 and want to grow to at least 6 feet before I am finished growing. What do I pin? In what amount? For how long?

my question wasnt "how do i grow 3 inches in a day" it was a very specific question that you literally cannot misinterpret. but thank you for the rest of the information
