Hello. I have a $45 budget to buy things on Amazon because I don’t want to spend too much money.
I want to improve my eye bags as much as possible since they are genetic. I also want to style my hair, and thicken by eyebrows, I have curly (3C) hair and I want to reduce tachi lines on my face and take better care of my eyebrows and nails by grooming.
