I want to expand my jaw. Should I get MSE, FME, or a palate expander

My jaw is very narrow. What should I get? I already went to search and I think palate expander is good but I heard it can give you a wider and up turned nose which I don’t want but I’m already getting rhino anyways. What should I do. What’s the difference between MSE, FME and a Palate Expander?

MSE and FME are for maxilla, not sure about difference. FME may have better impact on bones.

A toothborne expander usually will do depends on how far you are in puberty. I’m going to go for 10mm expansion toothborne since 40mm+ palate is ideal.

Watch jawhacks on YouTube, I believe FME is better because there’s more control over how the face expands resulting in less asymmetry which is a very common thing with MSE. Just watch his videos on it thought, very informative.

FME is better than Mse
My opinion is DONT GET mse.it is almost impossible to do mse without getting asymmetry it also lengthen your midface slightly widens the nose whereas fme doesnt increase midface length it can make your cheekbone slightly higher have small effect on eyes and better airway benefits than mse it also reduce the risk of asymmetry(it can fix asymmetry it is designed in that way)if you have existing asymmetry mse can make it worse even if the doctor place it symmetrically due to its design.so imo fme is best palatal expander rn
