(Ignore the censors :lul:)

My under eye support is atrocious without an overhead light (pic):
Unnamed 6

I also have an assymetrical maxilla. For example, on my right side profile my eye has more support but on my left side profile it has much much less. (actual position of eyes is pretty symmetrical from the front)

Also my mouth naturally hangs open but I breathe from my nose.

What would I ask for in a maxillary osteotomy, who would I see? Could insurance cover it since I had braces previously? Can I recover from it as a 17 year old hs student?

take a better picture that shows all of your side profile

My maxilla also needs more height which I could hopefuly get at the same time as the lengthening.

yes bimax to correct the asymmetry and the bite and infras for upper maxilla
do I seriously need a bimax?? I can't just get a maxillary only surgery?

that means you have something wrong with your bite or tmj
ohh, i had braces so my bite is symetrical and I don't have tmj but yeah my lip seal is fucked
