my parents have been the most hypocritical normies (especially my fuckass mom) since i was as young as i can remember. quite literally they put restrictions on my fucking screens IM 16 YEARS FUCKING OLD AND I HAVE BLOCKS ON MY PHONE AND COMPUTER.

what they dont fucking realize is all it does it teach me to learn how to avoid their restrictions by buying seperate phones and hiding all my shit, creating paypals under new phones, and more. its SUCH A FUCKING HINDRANCE having to hide all my shit from them and MY MOM TO ALWAYS BE ON MY DICK ABOUT EVERYTHING. the avoiding restrictions thing is true. dnr; skimmed but overall feel a similar way but my situation is that dad is like this and mom is chill but wont stand up to him. are they smart? yes. do they honestly think theyre preparing us for life? yes. can they see how the system is fucked, that kids need to live their lives, that they're fucking degenerates by policing instead of doing something worthwhile, or that regardless of what they say or do, if we want something i.e. drugs, porn, social media, WHATEVER were gonna get it and they should focus on building a good rls with us so we dont do those bad things BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY WANT TO LISTEN to them? absolutely not
