I dont give a fuck about being below average or a manlet or an incel or whatever the fuck it is.
Fucking piece of shit acne lives rent free in my head 24/7,
Even tho perfect diet, medication, perfect skincare and 10000 litres of water a day I still get these disgusting pimple.
I'm 19 and barely anyone has acne anymore except me with my shit ruined skin because of shit genetics.
I feel so disgusting with acne and shit in my face i want to rope because nothing helps

What country are you in? Tretinoin deleted my acne in two weeks. I went from 30-40 pimples to 3-5 pimples. And now obviously my skin is free from acne.
