There is genuinely nothing left I can do. I am near malnourished, and I have access to plentiful amounts of good food but I can barely get down 1,000 calories a day. I can't sleep anymore. I am mentally ill. Even the jestermaxxed ugly shortfags won't notice me. Life is shit. I give up.

Just get a doctor at that point roping isn't going to fix you you're really gonna throw away any chance for happiness just because life's not working out for you right now you need to get help
