I don’t think it’s worth it to start one especially if they are not moral but you should take inspiration from Charles manson or whatever his name is. Learn how to be charismatic how to speak and dance and get regular people in. It could just start out with parties that you host and give them drugs and tell them it’s for a spiritual awakening. After you’ve built a decent following you should start inviting actors for your parties.
And if you are lucky and a famous actor is part of your cult you will have a lot of public exposure and you can recruit many people. Last step is to follow the people who leave your cult and make sure to kill them or to make them understand that the parties are best kept secret and they better not tell anyone.
