That's one option.

If you have no choice but to fight them, then you need to fight against them as if you're going to kill them. You will have to take each one of them down as quick as possible so they don't overwhelm you. This means you will have to kick them in the crotch, hit them in the throat, poke their eyeballs and anything else that you can think off.

They will likely not expect you to hit them in those vital points, so go for it.
