Shave the little stache and style your hair a bit.
You're still young so you can't really go on a cut (DON'T it's going to stunt your growth!).

Alright potential from what I'm seeing right now. Just make sure you develop basically, so have correct tongue posture (mewing), body posture.. Just the simple things really. Don't do any "pulling" stuff that is all cope, or bonesmashing. Just enjoy life and don't get too deep into this stuff.

Start by trying to workout dont restrict calories since your still 14 do sports, combat sports, or just train in the gym to burn calories your face will look more sharp and healthier

I think if you fixed your jaw you would look pretty good. You have a lot of downward growth. Implants would help massively. I think you have a decent eye area and good nose side profile. You appear to be balding so you need to deal with that also.
