I want to start sarms. I need advice

Basically i want to start with a cycle of rad 140 and mk 677

I want to do 10 weeks. Last 4 weeks i want to do 30mg of rad and 25mg mk677 for appetite and rest just 15mg with 25mg mk i will be eating 250g protein a day with 5k calories.

Is a higher dose safe for a beginner ? Also do i need to follow a pct?

keep in mind that "double dosage" does not mean "double muscle gains" but just "double side effects", so you should avoid taking such big doses as a beginner.

It's true. Messing with sarms and steroids needs some responsibility on your own end. Op asks basic stuff that can be easily answered by a google search. Him not doing so means he is mentally not ready to take them in a "healthy" way that does not mess up his body.

Slow the fuck down.
Go low dose.
Do LGD instead of RAD for your first cycle.
If you're gonna do MK, make sure you lowe your sugars, as the diabetic effects of sugar are heightened when on MK.
Diet sounds perfect though.

So.. 15mg of rad would make same gains as 30mg of rad for a beginner?
