Follow every person you know in real life then go through their following list and friend them, repeat. Unfriend anybody who doesn’t follow back after a week or a bit less. Don’t try and grow too fast because then your following to follower ratio looks bad making you look desperate. Also actually post shit. Preferably good genuine pics

liking pictures of others also help a lot.
Just use # to search for pictures/profiles and like them. That improves your overall visuality . Tricking the algorithm is difficult nowadays
