How did you banish yours? Mind stay besides me and the only way I feel better for a second is to pray but prayer negates what I’ve asked for in some instances. As in summoning rituals where I’ll send away what I’ve summoned alongside the demons

Its a weird technique but I banish them out by hallucinating them out, since I control the Static I just move the particles.

Complete utter darkness, a blindfold. tulpa manifestation is easy so it's good for practice.
Try the simple things and build up.
