I said they are the ones that cause it but they aren't responsibile. You can't blame immigrants for wanting to come to the west but you can blame the governements for handing out free VISAs in prior decades and taking in more than they can handle.

how can you be the cause of something but not be responsible? you can't have it both ways. Yes the gov is breaking the law but who is the middleman? Indian consulting firms/companies in the U.S & India.
