i was getting bullied by some girls at school and when i fought back they charged me with attempted murder (ER or no?)

I was a pretty chill kid at my school and I wasn't violent, but they knew that I can fight.. apparently in their eyes so, Since I live in a gypsy populated area the 5'3 niggers were competitive and tried to Bully me, I just told them to stop for like 3 days but the next time the girls tried to hit me I grabbed one of them and strangled them, I also rubbed my penis on her ass a little (holy fuck it was so hot I'm not gonna lie) then the people around me started screaming "let her go" and I started running outside my school, I got chased for like 30 minutes then I gave up, they led me to the office and the principals (they were like 4) started writing some documents and they invited my parents, my grandma was crying (fucking embarassing) . The time I found out I was being charged with attempted murder is when my grandma asked who's guilty, they fucking said something like "this can't be considered a fight, this is about murder" I just didn't know what to do, when I looked outside the window I saw like 300 people waiting for something and a ambulance outside carrying the girl into it. later I was told that It was a case, (Fastforward 4 days later) I defended myself good enough and won the case but I had to go to a psychiatrist and my family didn't let me go (fucking assholes)

I have some social problems too now actually, I'm a public target, people hate me.. advice for that Also?
