It`s simple. Based is something I agree with it. If I don`t like it or it doesn`t benefit me, it`s only bad or neutral. If me and my family were immune from, let`s say..cancer? if they found out a cure it could've only been bad or neutral. Yes I might have a friend who got saved by it, but also an enemy who got cured too. You see? black and white type shit.
