Before psl autists messed up the terminology, I always explained it this way:

A chadlite is someone who is a center of attention in any given room. A person who looks appealing to such an extent, that it gives him leverage in life just for his looks alone, and he is almost bound to get looks in public.

Meanwhile, a chad is the center of attention. The king lion so to speak, the one who gets all the looks regardless of who is standing next to him. If you are chad, you look good to such an extent, that there's really no way society can nerf you.

In terms of facial difference, not much can be done. There is a main difference though, and that is that chadlite is generally seen as something one can ascend into, while chad is usually only reserved for birth right (or hardmaxxing surgery).
