I was sick 3 times in these two months

Well I've been sick for few days last week but I haven't told you this. Just before winter break ended I got massive temperature and I was sick. Not even a month later in February I got sick again and it was worse. And boom now again though I'm healthy now. I keep trying to understand what did I do wrong. I wear clothes, I eat balanced but I have to debloat. Can anyone tell me any tip on how to not get sick?

Sorry about that pal I mean We've all been sick atleast once, some were sick 3 times just this year so I can relate.
