Your face continues to develop into your 20s so don't obsess over surgery just yet, HGH and Testosterone isn't cope for facial development, look into a facepuller aswell

I would recommend hoping on some AI if your growth plates havent fused yet but I cant follow the evolution of height/puberty maxxing since @Strike_Poseidon aspie mogged @Extra Chromosome .

Get zinc tho, only legit normie approved supplement
