He suggested cheek fillers and maybe some browridge fillers.
Would i gain 0.25-0.5 PSL with insane zygos? 3-4 ML

your smile is terrible and i couldn't understand why. closed mouth version is much much better due to strong jaw.
what's your mouth width & nose width?
