I went to trichologist and dont know what to think now... (please help)

So basically im NW 2-3 at 20 been taking saw palmetto and minoxidil 5% for about 6-7 months now but the problem i see is that my hair at the crown is still thinning and noticed a lot of hair falling out so i went to trichologist. After he examined my scalp he told me in my case its pure androgenic alopecia. i asked him about taking fin or duta and he told me that hes not a fan of it and that taking fin wont give me supper great results. He told me that it comes with risks like gyno and low libido or testicle miniaturization. when i asked him what should i do he answered that i could go and get dutasteride mezotherapy but its pricey. its weird because people in here says that the side effects are mostly nocebo and they promote duta and fin a lot.I also watch hair cafe videos and he also promote that taking fin or duta. i dont know what the fuck am i supposed to do now...

Just try the fin/dut or whatevs out for few months. Any side effect is reversable. also minutirization of testies is BS cuz it doesnt block testosterone it blocks testosterone converting to dht which testies dont do. Your trichologist lowkey a retarded nigger
