Nah you gotta watch its high iq.

but in short, (for 16) maximize sleep + eating stuff that is good for you.

workout plyometrics hard. stuff like jumping running etc.

for a specific workout the staple is hiit cardio, where you sprint 30-40 seconds and then jog back at half the speed for 60 seconds. 6-8 times triggers a HGH response or some shit

because im post puberty i do it to break my shins and then have bands pull the bone so it grows, its rlly fun but hard as hell
