But a routine doesn't mean much if you're not training / eating properly. A lot of guys go to the gym 5-6 days a week and still look like shit. Results come from pushing yourself every single time and being insanely uncomfortable

Like when you're lifting heavy, you're on your 10th rep and your muscles are burning. At that point I know an average normie would quit and put the weight down thinking he's done his best. If you can push yourself through the pain and do another 3 reps, you'll get results
