Baked Oats(40 Grams Rolled Oats-1 Egg-1/3rd Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk-Half Teaspoon Vanilla Extract-Salt-3 Grams Baking Powder-Tablespoon Honey-5 Grams Milk Chocolate) = 275 Calories

Overnight Oats (40 Grams Rolled Oats-Half Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk-1/4th Cup Greek Yogurt-30 Grams Protein-1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds-1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter-10G Dark Chocolate and Teaspoon Coconut Oil)=525 Calories


Bannana and Peanut Butter Beverage (1 Bannana-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter-Chia Seeds-1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk) = 350 Calories



Total Calories=1150

Not sure if this is healthy but it's defo healthier than whatever I'm doing rn
