I haven’t been losing much body fat, only fluctuating in weight, so I have to start doing cardio again

It’s not that bad, I’m planning to split it up into two sections of 2 mile intervals

Like section one do a 2 mile run, then a 5 min water break, then another 2 mile run

It won’t be as effective as a straight 4 mile no breaks run, but it’s fine
