5 gram is a very mild kratom dose. Take a fully filled tablespoon (about 7 to 10 grams depending on how much you fill up the tablespoon) to truly feel the effects bro

Take 2 grams phenny bro. Also take higher kratom dose cause then you will feel the sedative n painkilling/opioid like effects. Painkilling/opioid like/analgesic n sedative effects only comes at 7 - to 10 grams of kratom dose.
