general consensus is it's good, but there's a good chance you'll need at least one follow up procedure after the first one since not all the transfered fat will stay. also the fat is prone to sagging like any other facial fat.

yea i think it could erode the bone and filler will go around the face
theres prp filler it might be better and safe since its blood? fillers last 2 years which is pretty good
