I havent eaten anything nutritionally dense in days other than beef sometimes.

I also had disgusting high calorie low nutritional value breakfast which had pastry and sugar.

Now i will drink 8 raw egg yolks and send picture of it to prove i actually do it haha.

I drink 4 every morning it's a goos source of Choline

I now supplement it in superior form but still drink out of habit cuz why not for the other stuff

I drink 4 with 200ml heavy cream and 15 g raw royal jelly, with some beef it keeps me satiated for half the day

Eggs aren't really complete tbh, Eggs should be used as a substitute for meat never the main.

Made it 10 yolks. Time to break those and separate the yolks brb 5 min

Also u cant compare the bioavailability of yolk and supplement jfl

Yea but it has retinoid and cholesterol choline more than beef. I eat both

Yeah but overall, It ain't really as sufficient or as good as red meat.

It's not a better form of choline

It's just much better from a noot point of view to get it from gpc

Yes but does it absorb as easily as raw eggs since it's bio availability is lower?

I currently don't take anything for body building only for cognition and mood

Omega 3, creatine, piracetam 400mg will increase dose soon, alpha gpc 600 2x a day will soon switch to 400mg 3x a day, l thea and caffeine sometimes if I am going to study on something for longer hours

It depends on the compound, just because something is natural doesn't mean it immediately has a considerably higher bioavailability.

Alpha GPC is very bioavailable, crosses BBB effectively and is higher dosed than a singular egg.

It's been proven in human studies iirc to considerably raise choline concentrations within the brain as well as stimulate the other advantages I listed.

The only problem with supplementing alpha vs getting from eggs is that if you don't source properly you can get heavy metals in your system.

I get mine from both, its a fail safe measure as well as a way to guarantee I get a high amount in my system 24/7. Ideal for dealing with my high genetic propensity for mental illnesses + cognition

ALA form, avoid that one

I take it if I can't get my hands on mackerel a day, which is my source typically or Salmon. Mackerel is higher I think
