My nose is actually good in size, shape etc., unfortunately a little crooked. That's why I have breathing problems through my nose. I was in a clinic and spoke to the chief doctor (btw. he is the husband of a colleague). He said he could make the nasal septum and nasal bone completely straight, on the one hand functional for breathing and on the other hand for aesthetics.
Costs? Nothing if my breath test turns out bad tomorrow. Thanks to the german health insurance! But for years I have been paying ~ 290 € monthly solidarity health insurance contributions. Plus the employer contribution = ~ 600 € per month, a coin with two sides. Does anyone have any idea how I can manipulate the breath test? Just inhale weaker than is actually possible? Any stuff that can temporarily worsen nasal breathing?
Is there anyone here who has already had this kind of rhinoplasty ? Tips? Advices?
