I walk in the streets looking for black and pakistani guys using their paints without underwear. I get hard looking in the metro or bus the bulges these men have.

I heard people say that wearing a corset while bulking discourages your body from depositing the fat u gain to your stomach and it might go to your ass instead.

might have to test the theory and report back

Currently what I’m doing — what do you plan on bulking with?

Bro not even trying to be a dick or anything but that's really really... reaaaally bad for a 66kg male training as long as you have
How is your training intensity? Are you adding weight to the bar from session to session?

My rep range is 6-10 so I keep adding rep until I hit 10 then I up the weight
Want my two-cents, bhai? Cuz i definitely got an essay if you're willing to hear me out but I know endless advice on training is annoying

You're going to be gaslit by gymcels all over the internet about this, but only trying to add reps is likely the problem.

Person X does sets of 5 or 10 on bench at 145lbs.
Adding 5 lbs to his bench at 5 reps takes it from 145 to 150. That's roughly 3.4% added in intensity.
However, going from 5 reps to 6 reps is about a 20% increase in volume for that set...
Assuming an initial set of 10, the intensity ofc is still just increased by 3.4% with a 5lb jump. but the volume work load of one more rep is 10% more which is still a bigger relative jump.
While they are not the same metric and this isn't a mathematically sound comaprison, practical observation can tell you that the larger increase in volume is much harder than the small increase in intensity, and every qualified strength coach not trying to sell you a course will concur.

From my own experience, I took my Overhead Press from 65lbs to 155lbs in 3 months, training the same 3x5 1-2 times a week (ABA, BAB split) with a 5lb jump every session.
I train pull-ups in the way you just described (just as an accessory) and it literally takes months to weasel out another rep even if BW stays the same. I tried adding 10 lbs for the first time the other day and still hit my usual 3x10-12, but actually made a marginal improvement int terms of weight moved.

Near-linear gains should happen for anyone at first, even your grandfather. But you're not going to get that by having an aneurysm just trying to get one more rep every sesh.

Overall everything has been good. I’m running RETA, LGD, and Cardarine. The only side effect I’ve been having is trouble sleeping, but I’ve been using melatonin to fix that.
