Ive been lifting for 3 years and people genuinely think Ive not stepped into a gym once in my life. Ive gotten replies to posts with no shirt showing my frame along the lines of "I was going to say you had a good frame since I assumed you've never lifted". Ive had normies tell me that im lying about my PED usage and gym habits since I look like a 12 year old kid whos never seen a barbell. Ive had foids litterally laugh at me.
I've perfected every aspect of my training from spending crazy money on coaches, gym memberships ($150usd a month), supplements, sarms, vitamins, ect... and I've finally realized the issue is my shitty diet, the only possible thing left.
I am American, and eat like one. I get the right amount of calories so have no issue gaining and losing weight when I want to, but the general quality of food I eat is bad.
I came across this in my phone earlier of something I ate on a bulk... 5 burger king double cheese burgers. No wonder I look like shit im inhaling american goyslop.
Yes I blurred out the name some of you have no lives and are fucking crazy
anyways that shit is digscusting
this year Im going to limit my goyslop consuming to 1 day a week (since there is no way I could cut it out completely) and focus more on the quality of what I eat rather than the calories
I will still be consuming only energy drinks and water since I dont think energy drinks have a negative health impact (literally every bodybuilder consumes them) but what I eat will be clean.
for example: rather than having one meal of alot of fast food chicken at dinner: I will eat some eggs in the morning followed by supplemental protein and real chicken at night. Same calories, but healthier and better protein intake.
I will find some nutrition creators to see what vitamins I actually need to be supplementing and what is useless/waste of money
also hoping for less bloating, water retention, and face fat
Should note that Im also going to be doing alot of steroids once I get some stuff sorted out (hopefully start by the end of February) so im sure that will also have an effect
