I know this will help a lot of people. Will be tackling the environmental and biological causes and changing them instead of trying to treat symptoms.

Will do. I'll try get it out in the next 3-4 weeks.

This will really be the best shit I'll have ever posted here, and nothing I post again will ever top it! I will try to make it as practical and thorough as possible so it can help as many people as possible.

A good portion of it will be about under/overmethylation and the fundamental biological causes of depression and anxiety. Other parts will be about changing your environment. Ultimately the goal is to change your overarching perception and inner feelings so that you don't feel depression/anxiety. Only a portion of that can be tackled biologically. But once you feel better neurobiologically, it makes it a lot more possible to change your environment and circumstances. In the end, the more "good circumstances" you can create, the more you can feel good about anything. I'll also talk about practicing stoicism and techniques to help practicing it. It'll be a very very detailed thread. That's why I'm giving myself 4 weeks to write it :)

No I won't be talking about chemicals or drugs at all. I will be talking about neurotransmitters, how they're created, how to manage them without drugs; and the knock-on effects and second order consequences of taking drugs and supplements.

The base of the whole thing will be getting to a point where you feel and think differently, by changing your neurochemical makeup through epigenetics and controlling methylation. After that it'll be focused on very practical techniques.

I think of taking drugs just like a lot of people do. But the action of thinking of taking drugs is a problem in and of itself, and taking drugs doesn't get rid of that problem. The thought of taking drugs to be happier only happens in people who are dealing with depression and anxiety.
