Im not high IQ, so I'm asking for help, maybe adding or removing something from my protocol

I've read a lot of threads about increasing height, I've read about growth hormone and supplements and came to this protocol:

  • The main method will be using growth hormone (HGH), and supporting growth through sleep, diet, gym, supplements, and so called bone building blocks

The basis of my protocol will be injectable growth hormone (HGH) according to the scheme from this post https://looksmax.org/threads/hgh-101-everything-you-need-to-know.1423722/, only slightly adjusted by me:

  • CyclePrimingGrowthResetRepeat
    Phase1234
    Weeks1-34-1818-2222-26
    Dosages2iu ed4-5iu ed2iu ed4-5iu ed

Growth is also supported with additional building blocks (supplements)
Vitamin D 5kIU per day
Vitamin k2 mk7 300mcg per day
Magnesium Glycinate 400mg before sleep
Zinc 25mg per day
Calcium 1,2-1,5g per day
Vitamin C 1000mg per day

Sleeeeeeeep:
Sleep is a very important part of heightmaxxing, since it is during sleep that our bones lengthen. Without sleep, all this would be just a waste of time and money. Sleep 9 hours in a cool, quiet, and dark room. Also, before bed, reduce the light from screens or phones, since this blocks the production of melatonin (the sleep hormone).

Diet:

Diet is also important so I will eat foods like red meat, beef, ground beef, also avocado, fruits, potatoes, milk and so on, high amount of protein about 150-200g per day and 2500 calories

Again, I'm not a high IQ so please let me know if I need to correct protocol

thank you all for reading

hgh will NOT increase height

everything else is decent

whats about cjc + ipa?
even less GH stimulus. HGH is still superior when it comes to GH secretion.

however the post you linked is missing a key detail. firstly the kids had idiopathic dwarfism which just means that their growth axis is very different to a normal person's. second point, the kids were 8-10 years old. third point, the treatment lasted 12 months which might be a problem because HGH is expensive.

in short the study in the post u linked is cherrypicking info from the study without looking at the actual basis of it.
