All my life it's usually taken me 1 hour+ to fall asleep. Sometimes 2 hours. Recently it seems to be taking longer than it had the months before

I do wear earplugs cos I'm an extremely light sleepersecret is to exhaust yourself with exercice during the day, social interactions can exhaust you too
Taking the right supplements
Good meal timing with foods that reduce anxiety
good pre-bed routine with books, journaling
and I have a bit of antipsychotic but they probably don't do that much now since I'm accustomed to it
also eye mask, earbuds, blue light glasses
I'm a professional sleeper now
