So these is possible in 2 different methods.

1.) Mind control (using the Dr. silva method) but has it's limitations.
2.) Astral Projection or Soul travel. Essentially your consciousness is temporarily transferred to your soul body and in this form you can go through any material object within this reality. Now can you possess a human body like a demon even though you still have a silver chord aka attachment to your material body? I'm not certain at this point as nobody has ever mentioned, studied or even considered this from anything I've read or watched on this topic over the last decade. My best guess would be utilizing both methods simultaneously could create the best results.

Bonus: Skinwalkers. This is a Native American practice which can be done by good or evil. The evil have a cheat code which involves a sacrifice and the good or light side involves years or decades of training. These people learn how to morph into different animals but these animals are actually pure creations. Now can one possibly use this same methodology to morph into a replica of a human? Possibly, yes but that's not the same as your end game goal but there are nefarious things one can do with this practice.

The silva mind control technique takes bare minimum 2 years to master on a part time basis. Astral projection can take several months to consistently easily astral project and to get to a high level it will take several years and to get to the point where you're doing what few have ever don or attempted may take a decade. Skinwalker abilities take decades but if you go to the dark side then it can be done very quickly but involves a sacrifice of a loved one.

I'd recommend not messing with any of these things unless you use them for good as the karma one receives in the base reality is 30x greater then what we experience in this reality.
