not if your holding it with your hands just set it down on your table or something and get atleast 8 feet away and then measure, lens distortion plays a big role for ratios up to 6 ft

i saw someone suggest that small esr caused by wide zygos is OK but not small esr caused by eyes being too close? so i guess a small absolute ipd compared to bizigyomatic distance?

the second one is definitely worse ipd by itself does matter a lot

yeah cuz im getting zygo implants which would in theory increase my esr somewhat. but i suspect the added harmonya nd angularity in this area will offset small decrease in esr.
 
what do ipd mean am i simply an autist?

IPD stands for interpupillary distance, the distance between the pupils of the eyes.
