My survival instincts don't let me do any roping methods. I've almost tried holding my breath (I stop after I feel a certain level of discomfort), cutting my wrist (I wasn't even able to touch my wrist with a knife) and jumping off (I couldn't get myself to jump). Maybe it's because I'll have a good life if I do everything right, but dying is wayy easier and involves infinitely less suffering than living for maybe another 60-70 years.
