• Killing people. Yeh it's bad but imagine the thrill James bond feels in sending another man to the grave.
• Effortlessly get any women. James Bond is effectively gigachad.
• Drive Aston martin, omega watch, good fashion sense and physique.
• High intelligence.
• Shoot guns with pinpoint accuracy.
• Respect from others and has a purpose in stopping bad guys.

He's not real, he was inspired by some British aristocrat who allegedly also worked as a spy, so he already had a lot of money to party, chase women, dress impeccably, drive fast cars, etc. During WW2, the British were desperate to get anyone to work for them and because he was always traveling to other countries, he had the perfect cover.
So, anyway....just get rich first and you will already have a nice, glitzy similar lifestyle and you can leave the spying stuff for the later.
