I wish there was a better way to prevent on having so many cavities

I regret not taking better care of my teeth I hate that I have to get more root canals, almost all of my natural teeth are treated from having root canal and crown, it sucks and I wish there was a better way to prevent more cavities, there's got to be a way to help my teeth prevent on getting more cavities other then brushing and flushing. It's over most of my teeth are root canals and I even had to extract 2 teeth's I wish we would eventually evolve to be immune to sugar or evolve to grow beaks
