To get it diagnosed, you simply have to research the condition of ADHD. Understand the symptoms well enough. And then go pay to see a private psychiatrist. Obviously do not tell them about your previous schitz diagnosis. It's that simple

Try getting an ADHD diagnosis overseas and then using that diagnosis to convince a psychiatrist in your country to dispense you Adderall. I don't know if it will work, but if you are truly a lawyer then you should be able to use the internet and reddit and AI effectively to research if this has been done successful before
