I wonder what it is like to have perfectly formed, wide nasal passages

Most people take it foreganted that they can breathe through their nose. If im lucky i get like 50% in one nostril with 20% in the other. Often times I cant even breathe enough out of both of them without using nasal spray. Correct growth is not only important for appearance, it is crucial for your overall health as well. No wonder I lack energy even though I get a lot of sleep, i have shitty oxygen intake.
