my legs look already good enough from all the sports i played as a kid and the fact i was cursed with low calf insertions

I only have a "cum dripping down my leg" day
 
I used to do lots of heavy deadlifts, lunges, back extensions now its just hill sprints and step ups works fine

im thinking of only doing something for hamstrings and glutes beacuse they help the most with jumping ability

I only do arm day.

My legs are have a workout, carrying my arms and my giant brain around everyday.

Ill recomend overcoming isometric deadlift superset with depth jumps

I just do high reps for legs to train endurance, they're moderate sized and it's perfect that way, V shaped physiques will always mog X shaped ones
