you need to get a cantho with rim implants imo, rim implants alone really wont improve nct, i mean it does but the effect goes away months later. you need to perform cantho with it for optimal results.


cantho isnt even that expensive jsut a couple k, then again surgeons overpice so ya

Canthoplasty involves actual cutting and possibly repositioning the lateral canthus which should be done in a way that doesn't shorten the horizontal eye length. Lower eyelid retraction surgery actually elevates the lower eyelids, i believe.

So basically almond eye surgery + orbital rims. I don’t want the other implants and I was thinking about threading my eyebrows a bit so they aren’t as long. Or just orbital decompression tbh ngl. Taban would know though.

Supraorbital/browridge+Lateral Rims+Infraorbital classify as the orbital rim implants, I recommend you get those tbh

Everything I listed above should make you have an identity crises, I believe you could push PSL 6 if you get those done.

I dont think fixing your nose would improve your psl rating as its not bulbous/hooked etc, its just long. I would priortize that lastly. your eyes should be your priority.

My nose is hooked. It looks jewish srs. It’s really not that long. It’s the hook/tip that gives the illusion of being long. In motion is bad af. And when I mean change my shape I meant just doing simple eyebrowmaxxing; like threading or shaving it.

Hunter eyes are a meme if you don’t already have them tbh. I have high trust/pretty boy eyes, basically due to my browridge. That’s fine with me though. There’s plenty of very attractive men with high eyebrows and it would mess up my harmony and look if I got browridge implants. I just want above average eyes.
