Watch some good youtube tutorials. Start with something simple like how to properly cook eggs then gradually move up to cooking simple meals like chicken, rice and vegetables. Then once you have cooking rice down to a science, try learning some more complex recipes

You can try boiling some eggs, hard boiled eggs are very good and easy to make
