I already have most of the basics of looksmaxx as my genetic baseline so I don’t have to do much. I’ve been fasting for 16:8 diet so I’m basically fasting throughout the day. I just need to improve two things weight and skin. Those all correlate to my diet

cool, you may also wanna get skincare products. How much exercise do you do per week? Do you eat junk food, drink fizzy drinks or snack in between meals?

I already have the basics like cerave and spf/night so I’m good at that part. I rarely eat junk food, I cut it out of my diet at age like 10-13. I drink soda about 1-2 days a week. Usually just once. I spend my times drinking milk, water, and cinnamon tea

keep up the good job bro but what about the exercise part? It would definitely speed up your fat loss or "ascension" as some may call it. I don't think a teenager is too busy to exercise.

I usually burn about 300-400 calories a day walking around in my house or going outside. I do some extra steps so I don’t have to worry about burning calories the day after. My most this week was 943 calories burned

You can still burn more by doing even just 10 minutes of running or a workout on Youtube. If your current plan works it's fine to stick to it but I'm sure you'd prefer to achieve your goals faster so why not in exchange for only 10 minutes every day? Also FYI whatever app you're using that tells you how much calories you're burning is definitely inaccurate, it's basically impossible to accurately measure how much someone actually burns every day.

Probably inaccurate tbh. I usually get 10k-8k steps a day. I’m trying to get into jump roping for extra cardio but I’m having a hard time finding my old one. So, you’re right. I should probably replace it with a YouTube video or something
